Return and Exchange Policy :

At Zane, we want you to love our products as much as we do, and we firmly believe in the unmatched quality we offer. That's why we provide a 14-day, no-questions-asked return and exchange policy.

Return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with tags attached, within 14 days of the original purchase date. Simply courier the product to our head office at : E 7 A Wear, Zane Head Office, Site Area, Karachi, along with the following details:

Name
Order Number
Reason for Return
Account Title
Bank Name
IBAN
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise via a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered post.

Please note that refunds will be rejected if any defects or issues are discovered in the returned article that were not communicated by the customer beforehand.

Delivery charges will not be refunded. Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, as cash payments are not feasible due to logistic company policies.

Exchange:

For an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with tags attached, within 14 days of the original purchase date. To proceed with the exchange, courier the product to our head office at E 7 A Wear, Zane Head Office, Site Area, Karachi, along with the following details:

Name
Order Number
New required product with size and color
Old product with size and color
Reason for Exchange
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost via traceable delivery. We will dispatch the new article without additional delivery charges.

Cancellations:
You may cancel any order before it has been dispatched . Post expiry of the aforementioned period, no cancellation requests shall
be entertained by us

NOTE: 
Please be aware that exchange/refund requests will be rejected if any defects or issues are discovered in the returned article that were not communicated by the customer beforehand. Items already exchanged are not applicable for further exchanges.

Exchange requests will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. After inspection, our team will dispatch the required products.
