Return and Exchange Policy

General:

At “Zane”, we want you to love our products as much as we do, and we firmly believe in the unmatched quality we offer. That's why we provide a 14-day no-questions-asked exchange policy.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, in cases where an exchange or alternative solution is not possible, a refund may be issued in the form of store credit or a voucher (e-currency), which can be used exclusively for online purchases.
In paid orders scenarios, we do not accept refund claims if a customer refuses to receive the parcel upon delivery. In such cases, store credit (valid for online use only) will be issued once the returned parcel has been received at our warehouse.
The customer will be responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates.
ZANE will not be responsible for any difference in amount due to currency conversions.
The minimum period for processing store credit is 2-3 working days, depending on the mode of payment.

1. Voucher Redemption Policy

Vouchers can be applied to purchases made through our official website, www.wearzane.com only.
Enter the voucher code at checkout in the “discount code” box. Only one code may be used per order.

2. Defective Product

At “ZANE”, we place strong emphasis on quality assurance to ensure every customer receives a product free from defects. Each item undergoes detailed inspections throughout.

Additionally, we follow rigorous quality control standards and industry best practices at every stage of production. This involves using premium materials and implementing strict measures to minimize the risk of defects during handling and shipping.

3. Notification of Defect

If you receive a defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To report the issue, contact our customer service team at +92 333 2279263 or ask@wearzane.com and share the following details to support your claim:

· Order number or reference

· Description of the defect

· Clear photos or videos showing the defect

· Any other relevant details or documentation related to the defect

4. How to apply for the return?

· To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team at +92 333 2279263 or ask@wearzane.com, providing your order details and the reason for the return.

· Once our customer support team approves the return, you will be requested to send the parcel to: E7A Site Area, Near Ghani Chowrangi Karachi

· Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

When Will the Return Be Processed?

We aim to process all returns within 2-3 working days of receipt.

5. Order cancellation policy

· Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placement, as long as it has not yet been shipped. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

· All cancellation requests are subject to approval and cannot be processed for orders that have already been shipped or prepared for dispatch.

· If the cancellation window has passed, the order cannot be canceled, and any related costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Changes or Updates:

Any updates or modifications to the cancellation policy will be shared with customers via email and reflected on our website. We encourage customers to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.

7. Exceptions:

Sale items marked as non-returnable or non-refundable are exempt from cancellation and refund.
