Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with tags attached, within 14 days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise via a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered post.
Please note that refunds will be rejected if any defects or issues are discovered in the returned article that were not communicated by the customer beforehand.
Delivery charges will not be refunded. Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, as cash payments are not feasible due to logistic company policies.
Exchange:
