What is your return/exchange policy?

For items purchased at the website, all returns /exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for return /exchange, item(s) must be sent back in sale-able condition, in its original packaging with tags attached. For exchanges initiated by the customer, the delivery charges will be borne by the customer. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If the exchange is due to an error or fault on our end, we will gladly bear the delivery charges.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 4-5 working days. On rare occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur. During sale period, delivery time can go up to 7 working days

I’ve received an incorrect order, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong product, or the product you received is of an incorrect color, size or has defects, please WhatsApp us or write to us at Ask@wearzane.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue for you, as soon as possible.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

If it has been more than 7 business days and you have not received your order, please WhatsApp us or write to us at Ask@wearzane.com. We will look into it and get back to you as soon as we can. It is our top priority to ensure that you receive your orders on time.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Standard shipping charges are Rs. 250. Delivery for orders above Rs. 4000 is free.

How do I pay for my order?

We are offering Cash on Delivery (CoD) services all across Pakistan. You can also pay through online credit cards and debit cards.
