I ordered 2 shirts on 2nd of the feb and they are still not delivered! Very disappointing experience!

The order was delivered the same day, we tried to explain to the customer that the couriers are third parties and it's beyond our control if the shipment gets delayed for any reason else than escalating it through the proper channel. However, the order was delivered!
